Usage and Brewing
Matcha can be used in a wide variety of applications and is easy to brew. Use a traditional Matcha bowl or any favourite tea mug. Place approximately 1 teaspoon of Midori Spring Gold Class Matcha into bowl/mug and pour 60mL/2oz of hot water at 72-76°c, 162-169°f. Use a frother or bamboo whisk to blend until a fine foam appears.
